The room was a good size with a closet bar with hangers and a vanity, and also a chair and table on the other side. The room was pretty clean. The bathroom had a towel rack for hanging and the water pressure and hot water were excellent. Wifi was good. The staff were so kind and helpful. Location is good, close to a main street with a 7/11 and also just a block away from the river to head into town. A few local restaurants right next door that had great food.

Staff especially the Chinese lady, she is super polite and kind. Room is clean, bathroom is clean, hot water... Location also is super nice, just a few steps to the river...

I already wrote one review but we extended our stay so here's another. Good space, kind and helpful staff, excellent water pressure and hot water. Short walk to main street and to river to get to shops and restaurants. Wifi was good.

very spacious, quiet room. Aircon and wifi worked well, friendly reception, parking in front of house, top location in Chinatown and near the Melaka river and all that at a very good price. Kettle for hot drinks, water and coffee for free. A few coffee shops for eating just accross of the hotel, but only for breakfast and lunch , a 7-eleven convenience shop not far away.

Its clean. Quite an old hotel. Just a walk up to river cruise n makan2 place. The hotel area is quiet n restful

Second time here. Friendly reception, spacious big rooms, all works well, quiet area, but close to Melaka river. Room furniture modern. Have kettle, coffee, water.

Location was perfect , just a 5 minute walk to the River, staff friendly and pleasant, adequate for our needs of a 2 night stay,

Great location, walking distance to famous LONGKANG SIHAM. Exceptional friendly front desk staff, very empathy on the needs for people with disabilities. Fully accessible for wheelchair user form parking to room. Simple yet delicious breakfast provided.
